Payment Terms
Payment will be made using Shopify checkout at time of order before delivery of goods & services.
Returns & Exchanges
30-days replacement for defective items. No exchanges.
Shipping
Free Shipping within United States, commonly shipped in a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Box. Custom Engravings ship out within 10 business days of placing your order. In-stock items and custom ordered items ordered together will be shipped together.
Ordering Process
Logged into an approved wholesale account, make your selections from the Wholesale Catalog. With a cart total of $200 or more, complete your online checkout.
Wholesale Account Activation
Retailers interested in becoming wholesale partners please request a wholesale account activation and provide us with verifiable company information including the tax ID number you use to buy from wholesalers. These certificates are required to insure we aren't exempting sales taxes without proper authentication.
Once approved we will send you an activation email where you create a password then confirm or update your address and account details and create your wholesale order.
